Eating Right
Many of our clients discount the role of diet in their lives. They try and make up for a poor diet by using creams and cleansers when they should really be focussing on internal health instead. What we eat greatly affects skin tone and health. As they say "garbage in - garbage out." In no area is this more true than with the skin as the skin often times is a true reflection of our overall health picture. The key is to eat as many raw foods as possible, focussing on large quantities of fresh fruit and vegetables. This will provide the body with needed nourishment and moisture the skin so desparately needs to look its very best.
Keeping Eyebrows Groomed
Though many people shape their eyebrows by waxing or threading, the drawback is the wait between visits to the salon. It's for this reason that most women tweeze their brows themselves. If you haven't shaped your brows before, it's a good idea to have a technician start you on the right path. A professional can wax your brow to give it a good shape, then you can maintain that shape by tweezing on your own. If this doesn't appeal to you, electrolysis is a great way to eliminate the need to tweeze your brows (though this requires extra time and money).
